Job Description
As our sales representative, you will be the main point of contact to our potential customers. You need to fully understand their processes and needs in order for IraqCom to provide the most suitable solution, in alignment with their business strategy and technological needs. This requires technical knowledge, excellent communication and analytical skills from your end.

You will follow up and create relationships with leads as well as network inside the company and the companies within our group (FGH). This will help you develop an understanding and align the solutions we provide with the market needs.

The solutions we provide can range from hardware based such as servers, various IT equipment and installations, to software solutions such as CRM, ERP, HRM, SCM, fintech and other proprietary solutions. Therefore, we expect you to understand and be able to convey both purpose and functionality of these solutions.

  • Create and articulate compelling value propositions around the products and services we provide, in order to find and acquire suitable customers and partners.
  • Be up to date with current domestic market trends and needs, in order to make sure IraqCom always offers relevant products and services.
  • Explore and understand complex customer requirements on both a business and technical level.
  • Grow our current customer base via various channels.
  • Create genuine relationships with our current customers to make sure we deliver the best support and product experience in the market.
  • Coordinate between various departments in IraqCom, in order to create and deliver high quality product demonstrations.
  • You are flexible to travel outside of Sulaymaniyah in order to present our products/ services to potential customers.
  • Your technical knowledge allows you to respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs that IraqCom receives and/or creates.
  • We work in an agile environment and a constantly developing field, your responsibilities are subjected to change during your employment.


  • A bachelor’s degree in IT with experience in Sales, or vice versa. A degree in related fields is welcomed. In the end, we care about what you can deliver.
  • English, Arabic and Kurdish (Sorani).
  • 1-3 years related experience in IT, marketing, sales and/or related fields.
  • Experience in proactively growing customer relationships within an account while expanding their understanding of the customer’s business.
  • Strong domestic and international industry relationships in IT solutions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
